We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.  Cancellations that have not been giving 24 hrs will be asked for a deposit for their next booking.

we may ask for a booking fee of £50% to be paid up front for any treatments 2 hours or over, this is non refundable  if giving  less than 48 hours notice of cancellations.

If booking a package a 50% deposit will need to be taken, this will be non refundable if giving less than 48 hours notice of cancelation. 

If having any tints, lifts or eyelash extensions a patch test is required at least 48 hrs before your treatment ( please see salon opening times) if a patch test has not been carried out this will result in your appointment being cancelled 

NO SHOW POLICY
If you fail to show for your appointment and not given us prior notice  a deposit will be required 
to secure your next booking !

All of our courses are non refundable if they have been booked, or started, depending on your course type they will have a 6 month or a 1 year expiration date from date of purchase, if you fail to turn up for 1 or more of your course treatments  (and not giving us 24 hr notice) this will  result in that treatment being taking off your course.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections at no extra charge

( if the salon is at fault).

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, if you are pregnant, or if you are taking any medication,  If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

Our salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

The only information Beautevas require is so that it is able to efficiently carry out services provided , this will include full name, contact number, email address and some services may require D.O.B and a brief medical history.
 How we collect your data:
your data would have been collected and will in the future be collected when you have contacted us regarding our salon services, all the data we have taken and obtained was necessary for us to comply with your request or query's.
your  privacy:
we hold information about you with the purpose of providing a service to you, we protect all your data under the current data protection laws and will comply with all the new introductions of GDPR ,you are however fully in control of your data and have the right to retrieve certain information  or ask us to delete your personal data at any time , we DO NOT share any information with with any third partys.   All your information is stored in a locked cabinet and /or on our computer system which is security protected. 
Information is only accessible by Beautevas staff     members  through the salon,and only accessible  outside the salon by Samantha Fosker the salon owner.
To continue to receive our text appointment reminders  you will need to give your  consent,
When using our online  booking system we need the information we ask for ie:  name ,email address contact numbers, to be able to make an appointment  online, the system will send out an automated response to confirm your appointment,    If  you do not wish to receive this you will not be able to use the online booking system, but can you make appointments through the salon .
